1 Our services

Khyzr Consulting Group provides cross-functional consulting across six practice areas: Strategy and Transformation, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Healthcare Management, and AI and Technology.

2 Use of the Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Site or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest content from our Site without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information when you contact us or book a call
• Interfere with the operation of the Site in any way

3 Consulting engagements

Formal consulting engagements with khyzr are governed by separate written agreements executed between khyzr and the client. These Terms do not supersede, modify, or form part of any such engagement agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to enter into a consulting contract. Any price we quote is in U.S. dollars and excludes applicable taxes.

4 Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Khyzr Consulting Group or its licensors. The khyzr name, wordmark, and brand identity are protected under applicable trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without prior written consent from khyzr. Linking to our Site for non-commercial informational purposes is permitted provided it does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement.

5 Third-party links and partners

Our Site may reference or link to third-party websites, including those of our strategic partners. “Book a conversation” opens our booking calendar on Google Calendar, which Google runs under its own terms.
