Khyzr Consulting Group (“khyzr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas, operates the website khyzr.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our Site or services, you agree to the practices described here.
1 Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry or deliver our services. The Site has no forms, no accounts and no chat of its own.
- Email you send us
- When you write to sales@khyzr.com, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the message you send.
- Calls you book
- “Book a conversation” opens our booking calendar on Google Calendar. If you book a call there, you give us your name, your email address and anything else you add to the booking.
- Technical data
- When you open a page, our host, Cloudflare, records the request in its server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the page visited and the time. This data is used for security and operational purposes only.
2 How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and initiate a consulting engagement
- To hold the calls you book and follow up on them
- To operate and improve the Site
- To protect the security and integrity of our platforms
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4 Data retention
Emails and booking details are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or fulfill the purposes described above. We do not archive personal data beyond active client engagements. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the address below.
5 Third-party services
The Site’s typefaces, pictures and scripts are served from our own host. Three outside services are involved:
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the Site and serves every page. It sees each request, as described above, and handles its server logs under its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts
- When you scroll toward the section that tells our name in other languages (or as the home page opens, if JavaScript is off), your browser loads the typefaces for those languages from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives your IP address and browser details with that request and handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Google Calendar
- “Book a conversation” opens our booking calendar on Google’s own site, in a new tab. Nothing of it loads on the Site until you follow the link. Google runs the booking page under its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies there.
We may use service providers to operate our email and calendar booking. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only as directed by khyzr. We do not share identifying information with our strategic partners (NPC, Texas FinServ, 96 Meridian AI, WaveAxis, TD SYNNEX, or Unique Creations) without your explicit consent.
6 Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of that information
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7 Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data to the best of our ability.
8 Children
Our Site and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
